Almost exactly two years ago, late in February of 2015, my sons Brett and Sean came along with Tod and I on a NorCal wild pig hunt.  We were fortunate enough to bring home four pigs; three shot with bows and one with a rifle.  That’s a lot of pork and since I still had some left in the freezer last summer, I decided to try making a Wild Pig Frittata.

This week I finally finished stitching together some video clips from that hunt, from that day in the kitchen and even a few shots of Patty while he patiently waited for me to finish cooking.  Enjoy!
