A couple of months ago I posted a video with some techniques for proofing your dog’s whoa training. That is, testing your pup in more difficult situations with bigger distractions. We used other dogs to distract Patty, we used noises and we even used birds flushing to tempt him.
Of course, proofing is an ongoing affair and Patty and I have continued the good work. In this second video on proofing the whoa command Patty shows off in a lot of different locations and with varied timing too.
